Can Vitamins Improve Your Sperm Count?
Today, more than ever, there seems to be an increase in infertility in men. Not because they are completely sterile but because the sperm count is low and the motility of the sperm is not good.
Is there anything that can be done to improve sperm count and motility?
It has been suggested that improving your overall will help to increase sperm count as will reducing any stress in your life. Stress is proven to reduce sperm count by having a negative effect on the production of sperm which obviously, reduces the sperm count.
Try using a zinc supplement to help increase the viability and motility of the live sperm. As zinc should be present in semen, it follows that there should be sufficient zinc in the body to encourage the health of the sperm.
Vitamin B 12, Vitamin C and Vitamin E are all vitamins that could help to improve the sperm count. It has been widely reported that Vitamin E could help to improve fertility in both women and men. Men who are taking part in an IVF program with their partners will be advised to supplement their diet with Vitamin E and the improved fertilization rates suggest that Vitamin E is vital to sexual health.
Try doing some regular exercise. This has also been cited as a way to help improve the sperm count by encouraging the blood to pump harder throughout the body.
